The SLP-25’s structural steel tube construction makes it tough enough to resist the powerful torsional stresses of compression. The SLP-25 can be custom built, and can produce up to 25,000 lbs of compression force to suit the needs of your product. Automatic bunk carriage magazines and flat fibre edge protector dispensers ensure complete package protection in a completely hands-free process. Our heavy duty compression machine comes with safety warnings, instruction labels, warning tape, top platen safety pins, and a service lockout feature at the control panel. All these and more ensure the safety of operators and maintenance staff alike. You have the option of outfitting the SLP-25 with either a G9 strapping head for steel strapping, or a VK30 heat seal head for polyester strapping. This versatile system can be further equipped with a jumbo dispenser that can hold 1000 lb steel coils or 160 lb jumbo polyester coils. The SLP-25 can also be configured to strap panel products.
