Shippers Paper Airbags

Made of 100% recyclable materials, our Shippers Zebra kraft dunnage airbags are manufactured in the US to help provide quality and shorter lead times. They are reusable up to four times for light over-the-road shipments and have been thoroughly tested and verified by the Association of American Railroads. Available in levels 1-4, Abrasion Resistant (AR) and Sewn End (SE), Zebra paper airbags have innovative zebra stripes to provide ease of installation to match specific voids. The Zebra’s Double End Fold (DEF) Level 1 airbag seams are glued using beads of adhesive glue, and a special folding procedure is used on our Level 2-4 airbags, resulting in stronger end seams. Gorilla Lightweight Airbags

Gorilla lightweight dunnage airbags are made with strong polywoven fibers that "lock the load" in place against the sidewalls, providing optimal support for up and down and side-to-side motion.

Used with our Superflow or Mobile Air Series inflators, airbag inflation and deflation is quick and easy. Reusable up to 4 times for light over-the-road shipments. We manufacture a large selection of stock and made to order sizes.

Gorilla Heavyweight Polywoven Airbags

Gorilla heavyweight dunnage airbags can support the heaviest of loads utilizing durable polywoven fibers that secure loads in place during the rigorous transportation cycle.

Airbags fill rapidly with superior inflation control. Deflation is simple with the TX valve. Users can partially deflate to reposition loads if necessary or lock open to fully deflate. These dunnage bags are Association of American Railroad (AAR) verified, perfect when using multimode shipments.

Used with our Digital Inflator and TX Inflator this inflator firmly locks on the airbag valve allowing a secure connection during inflation.

Available in levels 2-5, with both stock and made to order sizes.

Hippo Square Airbags

With its square shape, Shippers Products HIPPO airbags are designed to brace loads with void spaces greater than 12 inches. This reduces the need to use bulky corrugated dunnage to brace your loads and allows you to save valuable warehouse space.

The HIPPO bag is designed to support more product per square inch than oval shaped dunnage bags which is perfect for bracing loads with a reduced amount of secondary packaging. Strong polywoven fibers literally “lock the load” in place against the sidewalls, providing optimal support for up and down and side-to-side motion.

Used with the SuperFlow Inflation System, these inflators offer unparalleled inflation speed that significantly reduces loading time
