The Rennco Model CCL (cup counter / cup loader) will accept paper, thermoformed, and selected injection molded and foam cups. The Cup Counter / Cup Loader accepts a single line of nested cups from a continuous source. Cups are counted utilizing fiber optic sensors and are then transferred to a Rennco Packager via conveyor. Incorrect stack counts are automatically removed from the system for quality assurance. The Cup counter and loader CCL accepts a variety of material cups. If you are looking for a quick and efficient way to count and load cups, the CCL is the perfect solution. In addition to the machinery, optional features can be used to enhance the CCL. With an easy open perforator, a film cart, and film registration, the CCL meets all of your cup counting and loading needs. A large trim wind up and trimless seal arrangement are also available. In addition, a spare parts kit, the spare sealing assembly, a static eliminator, and a transformer are all options available.
