The Audion 555 is a continuous vertical band sealer for packages that need to be sealed standing up. The 555 accommodates a wide variety of bag sizes and is available with an optional conveyor. This band sealer’s head can be rotated 90°, from vertical to horizontal. In addition, it can be raised and lowered so that the seal position is between 31″ and 44″ from the floor. The 555 has a digital temperature readout for precise temperature setting and monitoring, and has an automatic cool down cycle to extend seal belt life. Options for the 555 include a pouch trimmer, hot stamp printer, and embosser. The 555 is also available in a stainless steel version, 555 SS. This model is designed to withstand the packaging environment of the food industry.
